Mobile Money Top up

This feature allows a user to deposit / top up money to the mobile money account for Loan Performer mobile money transactions.

How do we top up money to the mobile money account

To top up money for the mobile money account go to Cash/Mobile money top up a screen like one below will appear:

Date: Enter the transaction date here e.g. "30/08/2016"
Amount: Enter here the top up amount e.g. "20,000,000"
Voucher: Enter the voucher number here e.g "000123"
Service provider: From the drop down select the mobile money service provider e.g. MTN.
Top - up: Selecting this option will deposit money on the mobile money account. This money will be deposited in the GL account set under System/Configuration/Mobile banking set up/Mobile Money Setup.
Withdrawal: Selecting this option will withdraw money on the mobile money account
Cash account (Only UGX): This is the double entry account that will be credited with this amount and the mobile money account will be debited with the same amount as seen below:
